As commissioners, if you describe what outcomes you want, in terms of service quality and patient experience, we work with you to put together a service package and an implementation plan that will make it happen.
Working within the framework of a Service Level Agreement, we will appoint a dedicated senior person to manage your relationship and deliver the agreed service, promptly resolving any issues that arise and agreeing any service enhancements or modifications requested, by you or the patient.
An agreed suite of management information is also made available to you to help you monitor the effectiveness of drug / service provision and spend.
